My Process

A predetermined, cookie-cutter UX process won’t work for every project. Each project presents different needs, timelines, and budgetary constraints. A flexible toolkit of UX methods allows me to shape my process and deliverables to meet the clients’ immediate goals and help them define a long-term vision.

To determine the right methods and artifacts, I start by asking

• What questions need to be answered?
• Who is the audience?
