My Role in UX Research & Design

In UX research and design, my role is to help teams determine a successful course of action that balances the user needs, business goals, and development costs. I collaborate with teams to find the best solutions for implementation.

I’ve found that my favorite problems center around advanced information systems where users depend on the information provided to make critical decisions. Products used in these complex problem spaces must support multiple user roles, each with various tasks involving large amounts of data.
